Security Forces Holding Canadian National In Israel
Terror - Islam

Jamal Akkal, a 23-year old naturalized Canadian citizen -- suspected of receiving orders from Hamas to assassinate Israeli VIPs arriving in the US and targeting the members of the Jewish communities in both Canada and the US -- was born in the Nusseirat refugee camp in the Gaza Strip. Akkal immigrated to Canada in 1999. Canadian immigrants are eligible to apply for citizenship after they have completed 3-years in the country. It is interesting to note that Akkal did not waste any time to get his hands on a Canadian passport in order to accomplish his ultimate goal, [mis]using Canada's liberal immigration laws. Akkal has confessed to being a Hamas assassin.
