14 Shout AMEN!Amen ~ 15 PrayingPraying

Missing my wife, Johanna, again this year (went to be with Jesus Oct 2011). Poem really has much meaning to me. She did leave me with a loving daughter, Deanna.

Wishing all OL members a blessed and love filled Christmas.

Ernie and Deanna

13 Shout AMEN!Amen ~ 11 PrayingPraying

Wonderful poem, Kari and all.  I forwarded it to my cousin Dee, who lost her sister Yvonne this year and a close cousin (Jewel).  I send my prayers for all of you (and Ernie and Deanna).  This is the second Christmas that Dad has been gone, so I am not so sad, because I know that He is with Jesus and waiting patiently for the rest of us.

Praying that the Lord will bring joy, peace and many blessings today and always.

Merry Christmas and thank you all.

Love, Shelley

10 Shout AMEN!Amen ~ 13 PrayingPraying

Hi Everyone, When I received this poem from a very sweet woman who lost her first husband many years ago it was very comforting to me. Her thoughtfulness and compassion with this being my first Christmas without Jack by sending me a beautiful card with this poem inside touched my heart. It helped and I hope it will touch others.

Merry Christmas Gayle
