Comments: Dear Ed, For me, the question isn't about just "who's" lying as much as it is "about what", "how much" and "why". The current administration has not submitted a budget for the last 3 years, with each year adding over a trillion dollars to the deficit, while lying about the true unemployment, status of our economy while continuing to spend capriciously & devaluation of the dollar continues unabated; yet THEY are able to
analyze & make assumptions on another plan than actually could work? I'm reminded of the "log in your own eye" reference in the Bible. If things continue as they are we are doomed economically, so what logical choice is there?

Excellently explained Ed. Seems straight forward but we'll never hear our media covering it.

Comments: I don't think the "liar" label is as much a result of Romney's math as it is a comparison of his statement in a dust-up with Santorum at a candidates' debate in Arizona on 2/22/12 where Romney said "We will cut taxes on everyone 20% including the top 1%."

Compare that to his comments at the Obama debate where he intimated that he would close loopholes so that the tax "burden" on the wealthy would not be less.

Either the wealthy will pay the same amount of money in taxes (so as not to affect the deficit), or they will pay 20% less (to help "stimulate" the economy).

It can't be both, so somewhere he isn't being square with the American people.
