After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

5 Shout AMEN!Amen ~ 6 PrayingPraying

Enjoyed your article Pete.

The second paragraph I could just picture it, watching Duck Dynasty, knock at door, dog goes berserk, peak through window, see Jehovah Witnesses, get all gitty, and wife thinks your odd. LOL

Aside from that you have a very good/effective way of witnessing to the Jehovah Witnesses.

The most important sentence in the article is your last sentence.

“Remember, pray for guidance in that the Holy Spirit will direct you in what to say, and when to say it.”

Pete, I've pretended i'm not home so many times...  My grandfather was like you though, he'd invite them in and offer them water or tea and they'd always leave in a huff.

I've felt a heart for the mormons though, i grew up one.  Sadly, they don't listen any better than the JW's but with God all things are possible. and perphaps i planted some seeds...

Then we can say unequivically that unless Mormans and JW's don't accept Christ as God the Son and the Holy Spirit as equal they are not saved?  I believe that but would like to hear it from others.

I stated and I believe that one does not have to have a perfect working knowledge of the Trinity to be saved, but once someone is saved, I believe the Holy Spirit reveals that truth to them.  This is why I believe that those who do not believe in the Trinity, but profess to be Christians probably aren't.

Comments: Dear Pete, Thanks for the great advice. Planting the seed and allowing the Holy Spirit to do the rest is the best way to go in my opinion too.
