I've never seen it and many Christian teachers say you should not watch it.  why is that?

Jerry - Outstanding article...I have noted that since we lost Jack, everyone has stepped up their "game" (meaning, as a compliment, the writing is so on point and pertinent.)

The prophecy table is great and I'll use that in the future.

God bless, Bernie

I'm not sure Warren, it is so close to Scripture. The play was a "rock opera" in the late 60s, so it was a "different" kind of religious movie. Actually, there's no telling how many people have been saved because of the play and movie. The singing is magnificent, the mocking scene is probably more real than people think, and the flogging will make a grown man cry. Some church leaders, like some college professors, get it wrong sometimes. I've never been one to shut my eyes, so if a church or synagogue says not to see a movie, there's a good chance I will see it.

Thanks Bernie, and i think you are right. Jack is irreplaceable, but I find myself asking, "Would Jack like this?" I consider myself blessed that I met him.
