Having once gone through a period of absolutely no Christian fellowship . . . personally . . . I can't agree more strongly with these words . . .

"Frodo and Sam could not have endured the journey through Mordor alone. Even a giant of the faith like the Apostle Paul needed Christian fellowship and support along his perilous travels. Like Paul we need fellowship among ourselves and daily communion with Christ to strengthen us for as long as we're here."

Alf this article was truly inspired by the Holy Spirit and I agree with Dale's recommendation.  The article struck so many chords but I was truly moved and inspired personally by:

'There is no real freedom outside the will of God; the paradox is that "slavery" to the will of God is the only true freedom."

This is a concept in my journey with The Lord that I have really started to understand and embrace over these last few months.  The words you wrote today illustrates the conundrum of all christians but I believe even more so for those who have been called to be Watchman in these final hours.  Other then the OL Family there have been only a few in my arena of even Christian friends that have been able to truly embrace the time and place we live in and are able to encourage one another.  Thanks for being led by the Spirit to author your very best inspired work to lift the OL Family.

Comments: Very good, Alf…and an encouragement we all probably need about now. We must press on despite the darkness and lawlessness that have overtaken the world…for THE higher cause. I think I'll have to add these movies to my NetFlix list!

Very very Good Alf, If this is above your pay grade then your Pay grade needs to be raised!

Im a lover of Tolkien and your references to it were very good. It is a depiction of good and evil that few authors have been able to replicate. In fact These books survival as a popular read all the way into modern times is pretty amazing by itself.
