Amen Lloyd.  Exactly. Because he is masquerading as an angel of light.

Comments: I was raised Catholic during the Baltimore and Vatican II eras, went to an Augustinian high School, and Illinois Benedictine College. The bilge this nun spews was spewed then and now by these institutes I attended. Do you see why I haven't been a Catholic for over 30 years, would in no way raise my daughter as a Catholic, or would contribute dime 1 to any of my former schools? In particular, my alma mater, now known as Benedictine University, has evolved into a mishmash of ecumenical, muslim butt kissing, everybodys way is right den of deception that couldn't see the forest for the trees if a tree fell on it. I can't wait to leave this rock.

Thanks, all. I am very familiar with catholicism as I grew up in Cincinnati, who is the reason that McDonalds has fish sandwiches.  Because their sales in Cincinnati tanked every Friday. I had colleagues order beef or chicken in the cafeteria during lent then, realizing it was Friday, throw their foot in the trash, while talking the rest of the time about their sexual liasons for the weekend.

Sigh.

That said,  Reading the nun's article literally made my skin crawl. It is full of such bizarre thinkg that I really think it has to be demonic.  I have the heebie-jeebies again just thinking about it.

Her article, BTW, was called the God that Beckons.

Comments: Wendy, having been raised a Catholic and having gone to 8 years of Catholic elementary school, I fully understand how vapid the Catholic system is.Once I got out of the 8th grade, I never looked back at that man made religion.
I didn't receive Christ until I was 26 and I found Him. He is All in All and a Personal God.
His Word, which the Catholics don't really teach, has continued to bring me closer to Him. I love His Word... The Logos... both the inward thought and the outward expression of God. That is my Savior, Jesus. I am beyond anxious to no longer see through a glass darkly! Come Lord Jesus!

Interesting read and I see this view appealing to a lot of fence sitters.  Sad, My gut feeling is that when the rapture comes not near as many Americans are going to go as we might think. Those of us who still believe in the truth of the Word are becoming fewer everyday.

Comments: By and large, Catholics are not born again and have been in the business of misrepresenting Christ, the Word, and killing Christians from the get-go. Sister sounds like a modern atheist. I find her ideas very disturbing and the whole thing gave me a really bad feeling. If anyone needs proof that Roman Catholicism is incompatible with genuine faith, this article ought to do it...along with tens of thousands of other Catholic writings...notably Mother Teresa's writings.
